These oils also called Kernol are obtained from the seeds of pumpkin using the pressing method from hulled and roasted pumkin seeds. Pumpkin can grow from 4 kg to 8 kg and is squash of genus Cucurbitacea. It consists of a large number of smaller, green and flat edible oils. Pumpkin flowers have short life and are colourful and bright in their look. Different varieties of Pumpkin have different colour. Its colour varies from dark light and as per the thickness of the oil they are green to red in their colour. These oils can be used in medicinal as well as in culinary purposes.
